Hi folks,
These days I spend a lot of time on the campaign trail. The hours are long but there’s nothing more rewarding. I get to drive across beautiful Ohio and meet people face to face. And I love talking to voters and hearing what issues matter most to them.
I’m not just going to Democratic strongholds either -- I’m going to the deep red pockets of our state because I know every voice deserves to be heard. But I need resources to stay on the trail in this dead heat race:
Can you chip in $25 to help me continue to meet voters where they are?
Our campaign is covering the whole state -- from Ashtabula to Lima, Akron to Portsmouth and nearly everywhere in between -- meeting voters where they are. Whether I’m in the local diner, on a factory floor, sitting in a union hall, or hitting the county fair, I make it my priority to hear from everyone.
Folks, you can bet my opponents aren’t going around the state talking to working Ohioans. They spend their time rubbing elbows with their big-money donors and attending Trumped-up fundraisers.
It’s clear they don’t have Ohio families’ best interests in mind. That’s why it’s so important for me to go to every corner, every forgotten small town in our state to see how I can best serve Ohio as Senator.
But I need your help. If I want to spend more time talking to voters and less time raising money, we need to meet our fundraising benchmarks. Unlike my opponents, I spend my time talking to real folks -- not out-of-touch, out-of-state billionaires.
This race is shaping up to be the most expensive race ever in Ohio -- but I didn’t get in this fight to cozy up to big-money backers -- that’s why I rely on small dollar donations from folks like you.
So, can I count on you to chip in and keep me on the trail focusing on voters, not donors?
I appreciate your support,
Tim
