In fact, in the last election cycle, only about 1% of Cuellar’s campaign contributions came from small-dollar donors.
And this election cycle looks to be more of the same. Out of all of the money Henry Cuellar has raised for his campaign this year 45% of that came from PACs. Yes, you read that right — 45%!
