John,

Welcome to our first installment of The Clark Catch-Up, a semi-regular newsletter giving you the latest updates from the campaign trail! Chelsea’s working as hard as ever to become your next Secretary of State, and we wanted to take some time to update you on what that looks like. Let’s talk about the issues, where we’ve been, and where we’re going.

Where We’ve Been Lately

Women’s March Cincinnati

Chelsea doesn’t just talk the talk about Women's Rights. She’s out there marching, just like all of you. Women’s rights are not a separate issue from the rest of what Team Chelsea believes in. They’re woven through every aspect of what she’s fighting for. There’s a mother on the ballot, and she’s ready to win.

Shelby Area Democrats Annual Truman Kennedy Breakfast

There’s an easy way to know what someone is passionate about: listen to them talk about it. Chelsea’s message is more than just clear and concise. It comes out of a place of experience, and it comes out of an earnest desire to improve the lives of the people of Ohio. That passion can’t be replicated, and Chelsea has it in spades.

Oktoberfest Multi-County Democratic Party Fundraiser in Wyandot County

Running for office is about more than just wanting to solve problems. It’s also about celebrating the many aspects that make our state great. Chelsea is an Ohioan through and through, and you can see that she enjoys this beautiful time of year as much as you and your family do.

Meeting with leadership for Ohio Federation of Teachers

In our young lives, our teachers play an essential role in helping us learn about our world and our place in it. We want an Ohio where that includes every student, regardless of demographic, knowing that their place includes the absolute right to vote. The result of this meeting was a great conversation, and an even better picture with Director of Legislation Darold Johnson!

Chelsea Clark is ready to become Ohio's next Secretary of State, but there’s a lot that needs to happen before Election Day. We wanted you to know where you can find out what we’re up to, and the new world of progress that she’s got planned.

Parting Thoughts
Thanks for taking the time to catch up with us! The next few weeks are sure to fly by, from being back into the swing of things at school, to seasonal festivities, and finally to Election Day.

We’ll make sure you have everything you need to do when it’s time to go to the ballot box. Chelsea’s drive for protecting the vote begins right here, with you.

Stay safe and warm,

Team Chelsea

Democrat Chelsea Clark is a small business owner, a city councilwoman, a sixth generation farmer, and a single mom. She's running to be Ohio's Secretary of State because the constitutional right to vote is under attack. Chelsea will fight to make sure that we all have access to vote, that all votes are counter, and that our elections are safe and secure.
