Summer joins Odessa Kelly, Jessica Cisneros, Kina Collins, and Rana Abdelhamid on our 2022 slate of primary candidates. Summer is ready to fight for Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, an end to student debt, overdue solutions to fix the unjust criminal legal system, and much more.

She’s been representing the people of Southwestern Pennsylvania in the state legislature, after defeating a political dynasty in 2018. We know something about overcoming the odds to shake things up in our government. It’s one of the reasons Summer is Justice Democrats-endorsed on Day 1 of her campaign.
