‌John -- The Texas State Legislature just voted to pass a gerrymandered congressional map -- and now it's headed to Governor Abbott's desk.

The map reduces the number of competitive districts from 11 to one and fails to create new Black and Latino districts despite population growth trends in the 2020 census data.
