We need your voice at one of the upcoming listening sessions on climate change.
Dear John,
We know that now is the time for bold climate action in Wisconsin. We also know that the best plan for Wisconsin will be shaped by your insights and feedback from diverse communities across the state. Therefore, we are asking you to offer your critical input at the upcoming listening sessions [[link removed]] hosted by Gov. Ever’s Task Force on Climate Change.
Gov. Tony Evers formed the Governor’s Task Force on Climate Change in October 2019 to help Wisconsin chart a path to 100 percent carbon-free electricity by 2050. The Task Force is chaired by Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes and is comprised of stakeholders across the state working to develop a climate strategy that benefits every community in Wisconsin.
We’re honored that Wisconsin Conservation Voters has a seat on the task force, but need conservation voters like you to show up and speak up about your climate priorities and what the task force can do in your local community to achieve a 100 percent carbon-free energy.
