I spend a lot of time looking at our budget, knowing we are running a grassroots campaign funded by folks who know Tom is the best candidate to take on Ron Johnson. And then I see headlines like this:

The fact is: I’m the campaign manager for the son of a Lutheran pastor who has dedicated his career to serving the people of Wisconsin.
This movement is powered by the people, because this movement is dedicated to the people, not towards Wall Street or any mega donor. It’s how Tom has won all his races in a red county despite being discounted by the insiders. He believed his message and background could overcome whatever personal wealth he lacked.
