John,
Herschel Walker will stop at nothing to beat Rev. Warnock next year. Even if that means attending a fundraiser hosted by a supporter with a swastika as a Twitter profile picture.
It’s a disgusting symbol, particularly in light of the increase in hate crimes against Jewish people since Donald Trump was elected president. But Walker defended the supporter, and bizarrely tried to dispute the picture was a swastika, assuming we would believe his lie so he could keep accepting their money.
Only when the scandal gained momentum did he finally cancel the fundraiser. Let’s be clear: He could care less about the offensive image, he just wanted to raise money and avoid negative media coverage.
He cancelled this fundraiser, but he’s already raised nearly $4 million. We have a real fight on our hands from a candidate who is perfectly fine accepting money from a supporter sporting a swastika as a Twitter profile.
We don’t need another anti-semitic Trump-loyalist in office. We need people like Rev. Warnock who treats every individual with dignity and respect.
As Herschel Walker continues his extremist campaign, we’ll be watching, and we’ll keep you informed. If you support us, pitch in today so we can continue holding Republicans accountable.
Thank you,
