Burgum Tours American Crystal Sugar in Hillsboro

Gov. Burgum visited American Crystal Sugar Company's Hillsboro plant on Thursday to highlight the efficiencies that they have fostered through innovation, not regulation.

Grateful for our North Dakota sugar beet growers who supply our nation with over 3.2 billion pounds of sugar annually! From the time a sugar beet arrives at the plant, it is processed into sugar in less than 48 hours.
