Dear John,

THERE’S NO DENYING THE CLIMATE EMERGENCY. Human-induced global warming is
harming our communities and nature around the planet. Predicted temperature
rises will cause even more devastation in the coming decades - unless we
take every possible action to avert catastrophe.

THERE ARE JUST TWO WEEKS UNTIL COP26 - the crucial UN climate change
conference in Glasgow - yet ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL SOLUTIONS for solving
this urgent, global challenge is not on the table. Multiple factors
contribute to the climate emergency and multiple actions are needed to
address it. As you know, OUR GROWING NUMBERS are among those drivers.

THE TIME FOR ACTION IS RIGHT NOW. PLEASE CONSIDER SUPPORTING US, OUR
CAMPAIGNS AND PROJECTS, AFFIRMING YOUR BELIEF THAT POPULATION MATTERS.

[3]

SIGN AND SHARE OUR PETITION asking the COP26 President to ensure globally
beneficial, empowering population solutions feature in these essential
climate talks. The more signatures we receive, the better the chance of our
message being heard, so please ask family and friends to sign it too!
