In just a moment I'm going to ask you to donate $5 to my campaign for President. But first, I'd like to explain why your support is so important today:
Exactly 100 days from today, Iowa caucus-goers will be the first ones to express their preference in this election.
It'll be a make-or-break moment for every single campaign -- ours included. I don't want to wake up on February 4th and realized I could've done more. So I'm going to spend every moment I can over the next 100 days meeting with and listening to folks about the challenges they face every day.
But I need your help to do it. Our campaign needs more money to keep our offices stocked, run more ads, and hire more on-the-ground organizers. So here is my ask: can you donate $5 or whatever you can to power us through the next 100 days?

Growing up, I never thought I'd run for President.
I was raised in a single-parent household. We struggled just to get by.
The only reason I knew there was a Governor's house in my hometown was because I delivered newspapers to it.
Now, as Governor, my wife and I are raising our three kids in that very same house.
I got my shot at the American Dream. But for a whole lot of Americans, that opportunity no longer exists -- and for far too many, it never has.
I'm running for President to change that. I want to give every child in America that fair shot to do better than their parents. But if we're going to win in 100 days, I need your help.
Please, chip in whatever you can to our campaign today. Any amount makes a big difference:
