John,
Since Democrats held the House and won back the Senate and White House last election, Donald Trump and his Republican followers have been working around the clock to attack voting rights. So far this year, more than 400 bills have been introduced in state legislatures across the country aimed at making it more difficult for people to vote.
Kim knows how important it is that everyone has the chance to make their voices heard in our elections. That's why she and House Democrats passed the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act (VRAA) earlier this year -- a bill she was an original co-sponsor of.
The VRAA will restore key provisions of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and ensure equal access to the ballot box for all Americans. Now, we need the Senate to pass this critical legislation as soon as possible. Add your name to call on the Senate to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act >>

While Kim is fighting to protect voting rights, Republicans around the country -- including Kim's opponents in WA-08, have amplified Donald Trump's baseless claims of massive voter fraud. And with Trump recently saying this is the "single most important thing for Republicans to do," we know the attacks on our voting rights won't slow down anytime soon.
Kim will always fight back against voter suppression attempts and work to ensure voting protections are enshrined in law, but we need to act now.
If you're with Kim in the fight to protect voting rights, add your name right away and tell the Senate: Pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.
