After fourteen years in office, Jim Jordan has become the second most powerful House Republican despite not even passing one bill into law. He claims his only ambition is to be Judiciary Committee chairman, but we aren’t so sure.
According to former GOP chief strategist Stuart Stevens, Jim is positioning himself to be the next Speaker of the House in 2022.
Stevens - a veteran of five GOP presidential campaigns - warned that "If [Republicans] take the House, [GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA] won't be Speaker - Jim Jordan will.”
