John, This Week to Fight Hunger, we are featuring our programs and the work that our team members do each and every day. Today, listen to our SNAP Case Manager, Alejandra Dominguez, tell us about the important work that our SNAP Hotline does helping people complete SNAP (food stamp) applications and providing case management when someone has an issue with their benefits. Alejandra tells a story of one person she helped through the Hotline. This is just one of many, as our Hotline helps thousands of people complete their applications each year and provides case management to hundreds more. Since the pandemic began, the Hotline team has also answered more questions than ever before, as they've worked to help people understand the changes that were implemented as a result of COVID-19.
