Learning Collaborative
Unique Challenges for MSAWs and Their Families
Please join us for this learning collaborative (LC) opportunity to explore the unique needs and challenges serving agricultural workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, including delivering vaccines and vaccine information. You all have been doing such great work taking care of your agricultural worker patients throughout this pandemic, and this is an opportunity to highlight those successes and share lessons learned! The LC is meant for health center community health workers and other frontline staff who serve agricultural worker patients to share challenges, gain strategies, and explore tools and proven examples from the field to address the unique needs of their patients.

Participation in this activity consists of 4 weekly sessions, with each session covering a different topic to better meet the needs of agricultural workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some themes that will be covered include vaccine messaging, health center capacity and sustainability, and self-care for staff.
