Everyone needs help sometimes, and it's okay to ask for help. Tonight, we are holding a free telephone conversation with experts on mental health, who will share information regarding the local services and resources available to you here in Central Florida.

Please join me for this important conversation and ask your questions to our panel of experts. It's okay to ask for help, and help is available.
