Monday, October 18-Monday, October 25 Have you checked out all the restaurants participating in this year's Arlington Restaurant Week? We are excited to have more than 50 restaurants sign up. Make sure to plan your Restaurant Week soon and taste all that the Arlington restaurant scene has to offer. LEARN MORE Grand Sponsor Small Business Roundtable: Selling the Commonwealth Wednesday, October 27 | 11:45 a.m.-1:00 p.m. | Virtual Event Don't miss the Chamber's free Small Business Roundtable with Christhien Tran Ley, Business Services Manager, Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity, presenting Selling the Commonwealth. This month's Small Business Roundtable is designed to educate small, woman, and/or minority business owners about opportunities to sell their goods and services to the Commonwealth of Virginia and many local governments. REGISTER GRANT 2.0 Closing Wednesday Applications Open Until Wednesday, October 20 Arlington's Small Business GRANT 2.0 program is open for applications. The program will provide direct financial assistance to 200 eligible Arlington businesses struggling from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses that have received federal and/or state financial assistance for COVID-19 relief are not eligible for GRANT 2.0. Eligible business industries include: Arts and Entertainment Child Care Hotel and Accommodations Personal Services Restaurants and Food Services, including food trucks Retail To learn more about eligibility and apply, visit the GRANT 2.0 online application form. 200 applicants will be randomly selected and awarded $10,000 each in financial assistance. The grant can be used for rent, employee salaries and benefits, and/or other capital and operating expenses related to the impacts of COVID-19. Applications are open until Wednesday, October 20.
