Folks,

We’re all tired, I get it. Our country has been going through this pandemic for over a year and a half and as soon as we’ve seen signs of hope, it’s easy to want to let our guard down. But, the reality is that we’re not through the woods with COVID-19 just yet — despite what some leaders in Arkansas might want you to think.

You don’t have to take it from me, though. I’m going to pass this over to my wife, Jerrilyn — who is an emergency room doctor — to tell you her experience.

Hey team, Jerrilyn here.

Words can’t begin to describe what all of us frontline workers are still feeling in hospitals across Arkansas. I tell this to Chris regularly when he asks me how work was, so I feel it’s important to let his supporters know that this pandemic is still very real.

The impact that COVID-19 has had on our communities is immeasurable. We need to do everything we can to bring new leadership to Arkansas that trusts science and leads with facts.

Chris would be that type of leader. I’m so proud of my husband for stepping up to run for Governor and he couldn’t do this without your support.

In our house, we always say that we all do better when we aren't divided. I strongly believe that Chris can guide us out of this pandemic and make life better for Arkansans all across the state.
