Hi John –
There’s this thing in political campaigning named “call time.” Campaign staffers lock their candidate in a room for hours on end so the candidate can make phone calls to ask people for donations to the campaign.
Sounds miserable, right? It also seriously cuts into the time a candidate has available to spend out on the trail, meeting with voters and hearing their concerns – which is the core of any campaign.
So Ted decided not to do the traditional “call time” on this campaign. He’s saying no to corporate PACs and big-money special interests in order to spend more time in-person with voters.
We’re relying on YOU, John, chipping in here and there whether it’s $5 or $50 at a time.
And Ted spends his time on the phone thanking grassroots donors personally:
So if you’re ready to support a true grassroots candidate, chip in whatever you can today! You might just receive a call from Mayor Ted to say thanks personally.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Thanks in advance for chipping in,
-- Team Ted
