I’m the child of immigrants and a Central Valley native, so I have seen how hard Americans work to pay for school, their healthcare, and housing.
I was fortunate that my hard work resulted in a scholarship to the University of California, Berkeley, but I know that not everyone is afforded the same opportunities.
I chose to run for Congress because I want every American to have equal opportunity, meaning affordable housing, healthcare, and schooling options.

CA-21 is currently held by Republican David Valadao, but he only won his seat by 0.8 points, making him one of the most vulnerable Republicans in the country.
