You have 30 minutes to pack and leave to save your lives.
Do you take time to grab the photo albums - or to
photograph the house before the damage takes its toll, for insurance
purposes? Which treasured heirlooms make the cut - and which are
left to an unknown fate?
More and more families - here in America and around the world
- are making these difficult decisions every day. Because 2019
has already set a dangerous record: More people displaced by disasters
in the first 6 months than any other year.
It's time to take action - and stand against the Trump
Administration's attempts to attack crucial climate protections.
Congress has a chance to do just that with a new bill moving forward.
Take action today, and tell your Representative to stand against
Trump's attacks by cosponsoring the 100% Clean Economy Act!

According to the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre - the
world's authoritative source of data and analysis on such
matters - a record 7 million people were displaced by natural
disasters in the first half of 2019. That's nearly twice as many
as were displaced by conflict and violence. And they expect the number
to rise to 22 million by the end of the year.
It's a global problem, and America isn't safe from the destruction.
This fall, many Californians have been forced to live without power to
protect the state from another wave of devastating wildfires -
but as I write this, a fire is still raging across Sonoma County. In
the meantime, snowfall records were broken in Colorado and South
Dakota. And according to NOAA, the U.S. has already had ten weather
events that have inflicted at least $1 billion in damages this year.
The climate crisis isn't on its way. It's already here.
Tell Congress: It's time to stop standing idly by while the
Trump Administration blocks climate action. Sign onto the 100% Clean
Economy Act today.
