Team — Congress may be in recess, but our team hasn’t lost a step as our week of action continues in the fight for a pathway to citizenship. Our mantra is this: No Citizenship, No Rest.
In San Francisco, CA, we took action outside of the KQED radio station during House Speaker Pelosi’s live interview to demand she commits to passing citizenship for millions this year through reconciliation.
Allies also joined United We Dream Action in Brooklyn, NY, to take action outside of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s home and remind him that there is no rest without citizenship for millions.

Democrats like Pelosi and Schumer made a promise to Build Back Better for all communities — but this can’t happen if undocumented people continue to be excluded from life-saving recovery efforts.

Just yesterday, we texted 80,000 people across California, New Jersey, Nevada, and New Mexico — all states represented by a Latinx U.S. Senator — demanding that the Democratic majority deliver on citizenship through any means necessary.
And to close out our week of action, today our team will join allies to take action in El Paso at the border, demanding citizenship for millions of immigrant youth, TPS holders, and essential workers.
