Demanding Transparency for Ongoing Impeachment Proceedings
This week, I led over 50 Republican Members of Congress to confront Chairman Schiff face-to-face and demand access to ongoing impeachment proceedings. The American people, their elected representatives, and the press deserve to know what is going on in this impeachment inquiry. I will not stop fighting for access, fairness, and transparency.
I also recently introduced a rules change, H. Res. 639, the Open and Transparent Impeachment Investigation Resolution, to allow all Members of Congress non-participatory access to committee proceedings related to impeachment.
Fighting for Increased Offshore Energy Revenues
This week, I met with the GOMESA Revenue Sharing Coalition to discuss increasing the revenue sharing that Louisiana receives from energy produced off our coast. Southeast Louisiana communities rely on this money to restore our coast and fight coastal erosion. I have introduced legislation that will increase Louisiana's share of offshore revenues, and if enacted, my bill would provide billions more for critical coastal restoration and hurricane protection projects in Louisiana. This is a top priority of mine and I will continue fighting to restore our coast.

Joining Willwoods Community Annual Prayer Breakfast
It’s important to remember this nation was founded upon a deep belief in God. I was grateful to join the recent Willwoods Community Prayer Breakfast to talk about the power of prayer, miracles, and placing trust in God during difficult times.
