Earlier this week Trump called on his supporters to attend a rally held outside the state Capitol in Lansing and then attacked Republicans who’ve refused to peddle his big lie about the 2020 elections.

Despite Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson completing more than 250 audits that confirmed Michigan’s 2020 election was one of the freest and fairest in history, Trump is still whining about “election fraud.”

It’d be easy to dismiss the circus act as a big joke, but after January 6th, we can’t take Donald Trump’s attacks lightly. According to a new report from Rolling Stone, Donald Trump and his supporters are working overtime to cleanse the state legislature of any Republicans who don’t support the baseless conspiracy theory that Democrats have rigged the voting machines.

We can’t afford to sit back and let Trump lay the groundwork to overturn election results that he doesn’t like. Please chip in right now to stand with Michigan Democrats and protect our democracy.
