When Brad talks about building a more equitable economy for NYC as Comptroller, it isn’t just talk.
That’s the work Brad has been focused on for a decade — improving pay and working conditions in precarious, low-paying industries to improve the quality of life for tens of thousands of New Yorkers and a healthier local economy.
In the City Council, Brad organized with workers to:
- Create and win landmark legislation to establish a minimum wage standard for rideshare drivers and food delivery workers
- Pass the Just Cause Law which provides protections for fast food workers
- Pass the Freelance Isn’t Free Law which creates and enhances protections for freelance workers
That’s why we’re in this fight. Brad is focused on making NYC a place that all of us can afford to live, work, and raise a family. We couldn’t be more excited for him to put the tools of the Comptroller’s office to work combating inequality and improving our economy.
Give now to support a candidate who means what he says and does what he promises. Brad’s final reporting deadline is on Monday and we can’t afford to come up short.
