As Biden’s lead in the primary appears to be fading and Warren and Sanders
continue to rise, Medicare for All is coming under greater attack from the
corporate interests trying to protect insurance company profits.

I know that some Democrats, even including some DFA members, are worried
about how to respond to legitimate questions and ridiculous attacks -- and
how to tell the difference.

The good news is that since the day they were elected, DFA-endorsed
candidates Ayanna Pressley and Ilhan Omar have fearlessly pushed Congress
to enact Medicare for All and now they’ve agreed to join Medicare for All
advocates at a virtual town hall to help you get all the best answers and
talking points to refute misperceptions, lies, and attacks.

They’re not just fighting to build support in Congress, they’re working
with DFA to build the ground game we need nationwide to win.

It’s no secret that our for-profit, broken health insurance system is
failing the 30 million Americans living without insurance and the 40
million who have insurance but can’t afford the care they need because of
sky-high co-pays and deductibles.
