Yesterday, President Biden's Commission on the Supreme Court
held a public meeting as it begins to prepare a final report on court
"reform" proposals.

These "court reform" measures proposed by the radical Left
are a guise to expand the Court, actually deforming it and wielding it
as a partisan tool for political gain.

Prior to its meeting on Friday, the Commission released a trove of
what the White House called "draft preliminary discussion
materials." These documents covered several proposed "reforms," such
as court-packing and term limits, which would undermine the very
integrity of the Court.

To put it simply, these radical measures will destroy the independence
of our judiciary and threaten the civil liberties of all Americans.

In order to help explain the ins-and-outs of these drastic judicial
reforms, on Monday October 18th at 12pm CST, FLI's Jeremy Dys
will join First Liberty Live! host Stuart Shepard to break down the
information from the early release materials, the conclusions from
Friday's meeting and what it means for our judicial system.
They'll unpack exactly what "reforms" are on the
table for the Commission, and what is at stake for the future of the
Supreme Court.

If you missed our announcement last week, First Liberty recently
submitted a public comment to the Commission urging them to reject
court-packing.

Over 400,000 patriots like you have joined us in this fight to protect
our judicial branch. If you haven't signed the letter,
it's not too late to add your name here. By signing our joint
statement of opposition, you are making it known to the Commission
that America needs to stop the Left's radical scheme to pack the
Supreme Court.

As we look ahead to the Commission's final report on possible court
reform measures, make sure to keep an eye out for updates as we urge
them to reject any proposals for court-packing.
