Hey it’s Ro, and I’ve got one question for you.
But before I ask, here’s a quick update on our fundraising: Earlier this week, we set a critical mid-month fundraising goal of 500 donors chipping in by midnight tonight. Now, with just hours left, we’re still 193 donors short of our goal.
Everything our progressive movement accomplishes in Congress is made possible by folks like you. Everything. So here’s my question: Will you chip in any amount — even just a couple bucks — to put us over the top of our 500-donor mid-month goal before it’s too late? We’re almost there!
I’m one of the few members of Congress to refuse ALL donations from PACs and lobbyists, because I’m in office to work for people, not corporations or special interests. But being 100% grassroots funded isn’t always easy.
Tonight’s final mid-month push is a major opportunity to ensure we can fully fund our work for the rest of 2021. With so much on the line in our fights to abolish the filibuster and hold Big Oil corporations accountable, I’m counting on folks like you today.
