"Oregon Republicans sue to block Democrats' redistricting plan"
-- The Hill
This is outrageous, John. Republicans are attacking a fair map that went through a fair process in Oregon, and trying to block it from going into effect!
We're fighting Republican map-rigging in states across the country -- but if the GOP also adopts this tactic of obstruction, we'll need to combat those attacks, too. Will you chip in now to make sure we have the resources to respond?

Former Attorney General Eric Holder has emphasized that the map passed by the Oregon legislature is a compromise map that "reflects the state’s diverse communities, preserves a competitive seat, and shows that public input was considered."
It's clear that Republican lawmakers aren't concerned with fairness. Instead, they're determined to bias the system to their advantage however they can -- even if it means obstructing fair maps.
We need to be prepared for Republicans to levy attacks like these all over the country. Will you rush a contribution now to help us fight back?
