It is home to the very first Culver's restaurant in Wisconsin, and the county is named after the Sauk Native American people.

Politically, Joe Biden got exactly 50.0% of the vote in Sauk County during the 2020 election.

And it’s a county we’re going to have to win if Mandela Barnes is going to beat Ron Johnson.
