The momentum for supporting the Democracy For All Amendment continues to
grow. An increasing number of members of Congress are coming forward in
support of the amendment -- but we need to keep urging those who remain
silent!

This constitutional amendment would reverse the disastrous Citizens United
ruling (and related cases) that have allowed a flood of secret money from
corporations and ultra-wealthy families into our elections. Their influx
of cash has given them an outsized influence on our elected officials, who
now often do what is in their best interest, and not that of a large
majority of Americans, like you and me.

amendment, spend just a few minutes to submit a letter to your local
newspapers today with this easy online tool>>

The amendment would allow Congress and the states to set commonsense rules
for the raising and spending of money in our elections, and to distinguish
in doing so between people and corporations. The measure provides the
important clarification that nothing in the amendment should be construed
to abridge the freedom of the press. The amendment also rejects the
current Supreme Court’s misguided interpretation that the only basis for
campaign finance regulation is to address corruption in the form of quid
pro quo bribery.
