THEN Conservative state officials in Kentucky, Arkansas, and Florida followed suit — proposing dangerous restrictions on reproductive freedom and women’s right to control what happens to their body.
NOW SCOTUS is silent and the Democratic majority in the Senate is the only thing standing in the way of GOP lawmakers.
BXP is getting involved because Republicans have made it clear - if we lose our Democratic majority we lose the right to choose. We need to stand together to stop this far-right attack on reproductive rights! We’re asking 15,000 of our supporters to take action by demanding that lawmakers protect Roe v. Wade.
The Republicans have continued to take unprecedented steps towards ending that freedom
not because it’s popular policy, but because it’s what their big money donors want.
This is just more proof that our #1 priority going into 2022 should be expanding our efforts in the Battleground States. If we aren’t competitive in these crucial battleground states,
we are going to lose the right to choose.
