FIRST: Henry Cuellar has dedicated the past 15 years to voting with Republicans and voting against laws aimed to expand access to health care.

THEN: Recently, he tried to pass a weakened version of President Biden’s budget bill that ignored critical investments to lower drug prices and expand Medicare to include dental, vision, and hearing.

SO NOW: We’ve had enough of Henry Cuellar putting Big Pharma ahead of South Texans’ health. That’s why we’re on a mission to close the gap on our $15,000 mid-October goal so we can elect Jessica Cisneros to Congress so she can fight to ensure health care is treated as a human right.

But we need another $5,511 before midnight to stay on pace.

If these past few years have taught us anything, it’s that Henry Cuellar is unfit to serve. He voted to weaken the Affordable Care Act, reducing the number of workers eligible for coverage and making long-term and comprehensive care more expensive.

When elected to Congress, Jessica will fight for comprehensive health care, to eliminate premiums and deductibles and expand coverage to include dental, hearing, vision, and mental health, while lowering overall costs to families, small businesses, and government.
