Exciting news: Emerge has a bold vision, Emerge 2035, with plans to break down barriers, kick down doors, and create pathways for Democratic women to get involved in politics over the next 15 years.

What does that look like? By 2035, we will reach 100,000 women of the New American Majority - Black, Brown, and Indigenous women and women of color, as well as LGBTQ+, young, and unmarried women - and prepare them to run for office, elevate Emerge alums to leadership roles across the country and redefine "politics as usual."

These are big, ambitious goals – and they need big, ambitious teams. That’s where you come in, John.
