Dear John,

Today we are releasing a groundbreaking study about the power of poor and low-income voters in the 2020 elections! This report shows the poor and low-income voters are the key to shifting the political terrain in this nation, and is the basis for a roadmap to building the Third Reconstruction.

It's been a busy week for the Poor People's Campaign. We were in D.C. on Tuesday for a news conference that brought together low-wage women workers from around the country to put the focus of the debate over the Build Back Better plan where it belongs: on people, not on cost.

And last night, The National Civil Rights Museum presented the Freedom Award, which honors those who have dedicated their lives to the advancement of civll and human rights, to honorees Michelle Obama and the Poor People's Campaign with Co-Chairs Rev. Dr. William Barber and Rev. Dr. Liz Theoharis.

Tune in today at 11am ET for a press conference announcing the report Waking the Sleeping Giant: Poor and Low Income Voters in the 2020 Elections!
