John,
This month, we’ve reached a grave milestone. According to new research from the Guttmacher Institute, this year, for the first time ever, more than 100 abortion restrictions were enacted at the state-level in a single year. Attacks on reproductive freedom are clearly escalating.
By fighting back and pressuring the Biden Administration, the prochoice majority of this country has already started to regain ground. And we're not letting up.
#VOTEPROCHOICE is doing everything we can to elect leaders who are proudly prochoice and who support policies for full, unrestricted legal access to abortion and reproductive healthcare services that are safe, accessible, affordable, and destigmatized.
But we're falling behind on our fundraising right now, and we need your help closing the $1200 gap in our budget. If you're able, please help us plan for the fights ahead, click here to make a recurring gift.
If you can't make a recurring gift but still want to help us support prochoice leaders, you can use the contribution links below.
On December 1st, the Supreme Court will hear arguments to gut Roe v. Wade, if not overturn it all together.
Even scarier: these anti-choice attacks signal a coming threat to the fundamental rights to use birth control, marry a loved one, and make decisions about sexual intimacy. Just this week, Governor Greg Abbott suggested that he was open to outlawing contraception in Texas.
This is why #VOTEPROCHOICE exists. Anti-choice extremists have spent decades working to pack the courts and dismantle voting rights in order to elect their allies up and down the ballot because they know that we are a prochoice nation. A vast majority — nearly 80% of the country — does not want Roe v. Wade overturned. Tampering with voter rights and taking over the courts is their only shot at maintaining control.
The time to fight is now.
If you're able, please consider making a recurring gift to #VOTEPROCHOICE in this urgent moment.
Thank you so much,
