While avoiding a congressional subpoena on his involvement with the January 6 attack on the Capitol, Steve Bannon was at a rally to support Glenn Youngkin—Donald Trump's handpicked candidate for governor of Virginia—and led the audience in a pledge of allegiance to an American flag that was present at the insurrection. He was joined on stage by fellow 2020 Election results denier and censured Virginia State Senator Amanda Chase. Trump called into the event to endorse Youngkin for the sixth time.

Glenn Youngkin repeatedly shows us exactly who he is—a supporter of the Big Lie and completely unfit to be governor of Virginia. We can’t let this anti-democracy agenda be a winning roadmap for other GOP candidates in 2022.
