Good news, John: Early evidence suggests that our campaign to inoculate Latinos against COVID and vaccine disinformation is working! Check out this headline from The New York Times :

"A large share of Hispanic adults in the U.S. got vaccinated over the summer, a survey shows."

Countering health-related disinformation is a major goal of our Latino Anti-Disinformation Lab, and we're pleased to see that it's having an effect. But if you think that means our work is done, think again. There's still an unimaginable amount of political disinformation all over the internet, and with the midterm elections approaching, we MUST keep fighting it.

The Latinx community is currently being targeted with a massive political disinformation campaign, including content in Spanish. A recent 60 Minutes expose revealed that Facebook deliberately shows people content that makes them angry. And if we can't inoculate Latinos against this garbage, we risk a disaster in the 2022 elections.

So we need you more than ever, John. Will you chip in to help Voto Latino double down on our efforts to fight disinformation? [[link removed]]
