I want to read you in on the latest news about Pennsylvania's redistricting process, after yesterday's public hearing.

First you need some background. Last time PA's Republican-led state legislature redrew my district, they made my predecessor hand their office keys over to a Republican. It's clear to me that they're trying to play this same dirty trick on me right now.

Pennsylvanians want me to fight this. By taking away my seat, the GOP wants to unravel all the work you've helped me get done in Congress. I won't stand for that.

That's why we've already launched our Litigation Fund. We're ready to fight this in court if and when we have to.

But the FEC is releasing my fundraising numbers from last quarter tomorrow, and the GOP will pore over every detail to look for any sign of weakness.

With the GOP dead set on dirty tricks, every goal and every deadline matters. It's absolutely crucial that we hit our October fundraising goals. But nearly half way through the month we're in danger of falling very behind. Tomorrow we face our Mid-Month Deadline and right now we're coming up $4,499 short. If we can't make up the difference by tomorrow night, I'm worried that will only motivate the Pennsylvania GOP further.

I know I ask a lot of you, but I wouldn't be writing if this weren't a crucial moment for my reelection campaign. If I lose my campaign in 2022, the GOP will undoubtedly take back the House, and roll back the clock on healthcare and voting rights. That's why I'm asking you to help me close this gap before tomorrow night.
