This is a crisis, John.
Earlier this week, the Supreme Court signaled they’re siding with Republicans in Kentucky to allow a law that would largely BAN abortions performed with one of the most common abortion procudures.
This is just the latest example of the slate of attacks happening across our country to restrict abortion access. It’s an urgent reminder of why it’s so critical we have Cori in Congress speaking out in defense of our reproductive rights — especially when she knows firsthand that our focus needs to be on improving abortion care to address racial disparities.
But it’s going to take all of us working together to defend Roe v. Wade and make sure every person receives the reproductive health care they deserve. Will you chip in $5 or anything you can to support Cori as she leads this call?
Attacks like this are why Cori recently testified in front of Congress and publicly shared for the first time that at the age of 17 she was raped, became pregnant, and chose to have an abortion.
We’re proud of Cori’s bravery and know that if we continue sharing our stories — we can resist against the GOP’s attempts to restrict abortion access in America.
We must continue pushing for the expansion of the Supreme Court and the passage of policies that would protect access to abortion. Cori is ready to lead this work, but she also needs our grassroots support to fund her organizing and legislating efforts to defend abortion access:
