John -- The conservative majority of the Supreme Court has a history of consolidating political power at the expense of voters.

Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and John Roberts have all had their hand in one or more Supreme Court rulings that have ultimately undermined our democracy. They’re no friends of fair maps or fair elections.

Here’s just a snapshot of how conservative-majority rulings have made it harder to have a truly representative democracy:

✥In the Rucho decision, the Supreme Court refused to weigh in and put guardrails on partisan gerrymandering.
✥During the pandemic, the Court refused to extend Wisconsin’s deadline for submitting absentee ballots.
✥In July, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and John Roberts made it clear that they will continue to allow voter suppression tactics with their Brnovich decision.

The conservative majority on the United States Supreme Court can’t be relied on to ensure we have fairness in redistricting. But our grassroots movement can!

Will you make a one-time donation of $30 right now? That's just $5 per Supreme Court Justice who is in the way of fair maps and fair elections. If you're unable to pitch in $30 right now, you can also donate any amount that makes the most sense to you.
