Good morning, and welcome to our weekly digest of current volunteer legal projects.

We have more than 60 legal projects that need your help — including one very time sensitive project to help an Afghan refugee.:

	1—5 HOURS URGENT: Help Afghan Refugee Begin Asylum Process Afghan Refugee Housing Project URGENT: An Afghan refugee who was in Virginia when Kabul fell and still has a wife and two children in Afghanistan needs help starting the asylum process immediately. Lawyers with immigration experience especially needed. Lawyers barred in any state welcome to volunteer.
	6—10 HOURS Help Nonprofit Fund Projects Abroad Spread the Love An organization dedicated to giving communities the tools to grow their own food and learn about healthy living has questions about funding a charity project in Mexico. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers barred in any state are welcome to volunteer.
	11—20 HOURS Help Nonprofit Advocate on Issues Impacting Black Women Community Change A nonprofit focused on organizing Black women needs help securing 501(c)(4) status so they can advocate on issues impacting their communities. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers can be barred in any state
