The midterms are just 13 months away, and it’s time to get to work. That’s why we’re launching two unique trainings.
Academy 201: Data Fluency for Campaign Leaders will be held online December 10-12. This training will help non-data campaign staff, who currently hold or aspire to hold leadership roles, level up their data skills.
We’ll cover everything from demystifying excel to supporting your fundraising, digital, or field program; to managing your team through data; to working with your data team. If you’ve ever manually deduplicated a list while knowing there’s probably a better way, or coveted a pretty report to show your manager, this training is for you.
Tech to Elections: Campaigns 101 for Tech Workers will be held online from January 20-22. This training is designed for professionals who work in tech and data and want to put their skills to use electing Democrats.
The training will lay a foundation for understanding the larger electoral landscape, how campaigns incorporate data, and the timelines and resource constraints campaigns are under when working towards Election Day. The goal is to help participants understand the different opportunities on campaigns for people with technical backgrounds and how to put their skills to use in 2022.
After completing either training, participants gain access to the Arena team’s services, including one-on-one coaching, bespoke resume and interview support, and referrals for jobs.
