Today I have for youthe third and final piece ([link removed]) of Booker T. Washington's incredible rise to prominence in America.

From slave to scholar, he set an example of how we ought to receive the blessings of America - with gratitude and with the intent to pass them on to the next generation.

Washington left this country better than he found it. Let us learn from his example.
