Texas Judge Rules Jeff Younger Entitled To A Say in Son’s “Gender Transition”

Yesterday, a Texas judge ruled that Jeff Younger is entitled to a say in his son’s “gender-transition” process. Jeff Younger has been fighting to protect his son from being "transitioned" to a girl and called Luna, at the insistence of the child’s mother. According to sources and reports from the courthouse, Jeff Younger will be allowed to have a voice in his son’s medical procedures, effectively stopping any “gender transition.” He has been very clear about his desire to call his son by his legal name, James, and raise him as a boy. This decision should allow him to do that.

Mary Elizabeth Castle, Policy Advisor for Texas Values who was at the Courthouse yesterday said, “Today, we see that children should not be forced to undergo life-altering and dangerous gender transitions. This is a victory for parental rights and common sense.” Texas Values has helped spread the word of Jeff’s fight to protect his son, including having Jeff share his story at our Texas Faith & Family Day at the Texas Capitol in March of this year.

Austin ISD Invites Drag Queen Prostitute to Elementary School, Sex-Ed Vote Set for Monday

In a sign of things to come if Austin ISD approves their proposed hypersexualized sex education curriculum, an elementary school in Austin ISD recently hosted a drag queen at the school’s library who has previously been convicted of prostitution charges. This shocking activity is what parents in Austin ISD can expect to see more of if the Board of Trustees adopts the proposed sex education curriculum at the Monday, October 28th board meeting. Texas Values has been a leading voice opposing this proposed curriculum and currently has over 5,000 signatures on a petition at NoRadicalSexEd.com.

The proposed curriculum includes recommended outside resources with instructions on anal sex, oral sex, and how to get an abortion without parental permission or consent, in direct violation of Texas Law. Austin ISD has broken the sacred trust between school and parent. Austin parents have no reason to entrust their children to a school district that welcomes sex criminals and sexually explicit materials in the school. We call on Austin ISD to reject this proposed sex education curriculum and forbid schools from hosting events that put children at further risk.

The Guide will help parents understand the consequences of the transgender trend, the implications of transgender activism in schools, and help advocate for common sense policies.
