Hi there, John! I’m Abby -- Cal Cunningham’s Digital Director!

My job is to oversee the campaign’s digital program, from social media to grassroots organizing and, yes, requests for contributions like this.

That means I’m always poring over spreadsheets trying to make sure our campaign is on pace to hit our monthly fundraising goals, which I hate to tell you we’re not on pace to do for October.

I’m not exaggerating when I tell you this campaign relies on contributions from folks like you. Cal isn’t taking any money from corporate PACs, and unlike our opponents, we’re not counting on anything like Mitch McConnell’s network of right-wing billionaires to help us win.

We’re trying to win this campaign the right way -- and if we can hit this fundraising goal before next week’s deadline, we’ll be able to continue building a winning team we can all be proud of.
