Today, we here in the Lehigh Valley were thrilled to welcome first lady Dr. Jill Biden. Dr. Biden is rounding out Hispanic Heritage month by visiting Hispanic communities right here in the district.

Susan joined Dr. Biden and Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra in a listening session for Hispanic families at a Head Start school in Allentown. The Head Start program supports early childhood education for low-income children and families.

Education and supporting students and families are shared passions of Susan and the first lady — but if we lose control of the House in 2022, these programs could be at risk.
