Last month, the Supreme Court’s right-wing majority dealt a devastating blow to Roe. v. Wade after refusing to stop S.B. 8 from taking effect in Texas— one of the most restrictive abortion bans in the country.

Then, the Supreme Court recently announced it will take on a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade in the next few months.

Team, the continued assault on abortion rights is deeply disturbing. But Aaron and his fellow Democratic Attorney Generals in the country aren’t giving up without a fight.

Last week, a federal judge acted on a lawsuit that Aaron filed with other Democratic AGs to stop Texas's illegal abortion ban by issuing a preliminary injunction that prevents Texas courts from accepting S.B. 8 suits.

Aaron is committed to countering continued Republican attacks on reproductive rights. He will keep working for each person’s right to make their own health care decisions. But he needs a groundswell of grassroots support to help power his work.
