We just got word that Kevin McCarthy raised over $14 million in the last quarter in his bid to take back the House and become Speaker. That number may seem large, but in this email, I'm going to explain how it happened and why we can DEFEAT McCarthy at the ballot box. Let me break this down:
Kevin McCarthy is stooping lower than ever by continuing to push Trump's "Big Lie" about the 2020 election. Pundits are calling it "an extreme MAGA makeover," which is exactly why the far-right donor base has rushed to fill his coffers after January 6th.
If McCarthy's tenure wasn't bad enough already, now he's completely ignoring Central Valley families by operating lockstep with Trump's agenda. He's stood firmly against COVID-19 relief -- but when it comes to stopping the Jan 6th investigation, he's all in.
We need to make sure that undecided voters in our community know that Kevin has turned his back on us, but in order to do so, we need to raise the funds needed to staff our field effort. That's where you come in:
