He’s holding rallies, hiring aides in states like Iowa and boasting in interviews that he could easily win a GOP primary. An anonymous Republican who spoke with Trump even said, “I think he’s already in and he’s just waiting to make it official.”

The truth is, whether he runs or not, the election is still going to be about Trump. Trump is still the most popular figure in the modern GOP so Republicans are throwing themselves at his feet to gain his approval.
